Review / Swatch: Urban Decay Naked Palette

Naked?! Yes i said it... Naked. The very hyped, very hard to get your hands on Naked Palette is here for a quick review and swatch session. I laid eyes on this little gem on Temptalia.com (Check her out she's AMAZING) she of course swatched/reviewed it and i instantly fell in love. I love this palette because it is so different from your usual UD palette. This one is made up of very neutral natural colors that are still fun and sexy. You have so much variety in this palette what more would you want?? The consistency of the shadows is great as usual UD never disappoints. I can't say one negative thing about any of these shades. You can definitely go from work to play all with this palette. It includes as a bonus mini UD Primer Potion and a black and brown 24/7 eyeliner duo (Whiskey and Zero) This palette retails for $44.00 (if you're lucky enough to find it any where anymore). If you see this palette as your casually walking down the isles of Ulta, Sephora etc. i suggest you pick it up and take it home. You will NOT regret it!. Enjoy :)

Support the cause and look HOT doing it!

MAC has this amazing way to give back and help those in need like with their Aids fund. You all will most likely recognize it as the Glam line. Currently they are promoting Viva Glam Gaga and Cindy lipstick and lipgloss. Every cent that is spent by consumers on the Glam line is donated to the aids fund. Since today is aids awareness day i thought it fit to post this and show you how awesome these lipsticks and lipglosses are and how much you buying them can help lives. Go pick some of these up and help the cause! (Each item cost $14.50)

Review / Swatch: MAC Pink Friday - Nicki Minaj

Me Wearing Pink Friday

So pretty ladies as you can see I gave in and bought Nicki Minaj's Pink Friday Lipstick which was launched by Mac this past Friday. This lipstick will be available for the next three fridays online only through www.Maccosmetics.Com. I went ahead and bought it the minute it showed up on the website because i love pinks and i thought this would be a great addition to my collection... NOT. First let me first say the fact that it was only available online was annoying. Since i didn't need anything else i ended up paying $14.40 for the lipstick and $6.00! for shipping, thats way too much for a lipstick that i wasn't sure was going like. It arrived fairly quickly to be honest which was good. When i opened it and looked at it i was a little relieved to see it was a lot more pink in the tube than i thought it would be but i was quickly disappointed when i finally applied it. First its very dry and because its dry it doesn't apply all that well and looks a bit sloppy. Also, the pink changes from the tube to the lips it becomes more of a light purply pink obviously with blue undertones. Then, As you can see i have very fair skin and this shade of light pink just doesn't seem to suit me very well. Maybe in the summer once i start tanning it will work better but as of right now, No. Don't get me wrong I'm going to give it a chance maybe layer it with a different color lipstick or gloss and like i said try it in the summer but over all i give this lipstick a C-.

Advice: This lipstick would look so cute on someone with a darker complexion. If you think this is the shade for you this lipstick from what i have read has many dupes, for one MACs Pink Nouvou. Go check it out before buying it and as always enjoy!
