| Without Primer This palette is not only affordable at $4.00 but the pigmentation of the shadows is amazing. There are 3 matte shades and 3 shimmery shades. The consistency of the shadows are mostly pretty creamy with the acceptation of the lightest shades those are a bit more powdery. They are very easy to work with and very blendable. The only thing i can say bothers me but it isn't a deal breaker is the fact that the light shades powder up and cause a bit more fall out than i like but again not a big deal. Advice: Try one of these out and let me know what you think you won't regret it. |
